Foley & Lardner Strengthens DC Office with Addition of Four New Partners

Foley & Lardner LLP announced today that it has added four new partners to its Washington, D.C. office, bolstering its capabilities in key areas including technology and data privacy, congressional investigations, healthcare, and appellate litigation.

The new partners include:

  • Jonathan Armstrong joins Foley's Technology Transactions & Outsourcing Practice. He advises clients on a wide range of technology transactions, including software licensing, cloud computing, and data privacy and security.
  • Timothy Christofferson joins Foley's Government Enforcement Defense & Compliance Practice. He represents clients in congressional investigations, white-collar criminal defense, and internal investigations.
  • Michelle McKenna joins Foley's Healthcare Practice. She advises healthcare providers and other clients on regulatory compliance, fraud and abuse, and other healthcare law matters.
  • Herman Martir joins Foley's Appellate Practice. He has argued numerous cases before the U.S. Supreme Court and other federal appellate courts.

Foley's Washington, D.C. office is home to more than 120 attorneys and public policy professionals. The office provides a full range of legal services to clients in a variety of industries, including technology, healthcare, energy, and financial services.
