Mulligan has extensive experience in the broadcasting industry. Prior to joining Scripps, he held leadership positions at: - WESH, the Hearst Television NBC affiliate in Orlando, Florida - WDIV, the Graham Media Group NBC affiliate in Detroit, Michigan
